According to the provisions of the article 391 of Cyprus Companies Law (CAP 113), all the Cyprus Registered Companies (either dormant or not) should pay the amount of 350 EURO as from the year of its registration to the Department of Registrar of Companies and Official Receiver as annual levy. In the case of group companies, the total amount payable is capped at €20.000.
